How We Work Online

Wools Boutique Uomo is an independent retailer with a single stock shared between our Geneva boutique and online store.

WBU does not operate a try-at-home or multi-selection service. Orders should be placed with a genuine intention to purchase the selected item or items.

If you are deciding between several alternatives, contact us before ordering. We will be pleased to assist with specific product information, measurements, photographs or advice.

Size, Fit & Measurements

Review the Size Guide or product measurements before ordering and, where possible, compare them with a garment that already fits you well.

If you are unsure about size or fit, contact us before purchasing.

Delivery

Orders are shipped with FedEx Express.

Switzerland: 1–2 working days
Europe: 2–3 working days
USA: 4–5 working days
Rest of World: 4–5 working days

Returns & Size Exchanges

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The delivery date shown by the carrier tracking is Day 1.

Return Shipping

Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

WBU does not provide prepaid return labels.

Returning an Item

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned in original condition with all original tags attached.

Trying an item on to assess fit is different from wearing or using it.

Refunds

Once the returned parcel has been delivered to WBU and checked, the refund is processed within 14 working days.

Colours & Product Appearance

We photograph our products carefully, but slight differences in colour, brightness or texture may occur depending on the screen and device being used.

If a particular shade is important to your choice, contact us before ordering.

Taxes & Customs

For EU destinations served by WBU, applicable import taxes and customs charges are prepaid by WBU. Other international destinations may be subject to local duties or taxes. Contact us before ordering for destination-specific customs and import guidance.

The Valstar Vittorio overcoat in navy blue is crafted from pure virgin wool in a distinctive broken twill weave, adding texture, depth and character to a timeless menswear colour.
The Vittorio is one of Valstar's established overcoat models, designed with raglan sleeves and a comfortable silhouette that allows it to move naturally between different levels of dress. Fully lined and cut long enough to sit comfortably over tailoring, it can be worn over a business suit or blazer while remaining equally natural with knitwear and more relaxed trousers.

The Vittorio overcoat has a comfortable fit and is not slim fitting.

We suggest choosing the same Italian size you normally wear in a classic jacket or blazer. For example, if you usually wear size 50 in a jacket or blazer, choose size 50 in the Vittorio overcoat.

The measurements in the table refer to the finished garment and are expressed in centimetres. Chest (A) refers to the full garment circumference measured approximately 2 cm below the armhole. Slight variations may occur due to the manufacturing process.
