Shipping Policy
Worldwide Shipping
Wools Boutique Uomo ships to 45 countries worldwide. Free-shipping thresholds have been reduced across many destinations, making complimentary delivery available on lower-value orders; in several markets, an order of just two ties may already qualify for free shipping.
Currencies & Localisation
WBU uses fixed market pricing in EUR, USD and GBP alongside our principal CHF pricing, helping avoid unnecessary currency-conversion mark-ups. Customers are served through the market configured for their destination, with pricing shown in the applicable market currency and the storefront available in English, French and German.
Fast Dispatch & Delivery
Orders received Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM Geneva time are normally dispatched the same day, excluding Swiss public holidays. Delivery times have also been improved across many destinations in Europe and North America.
EU Taxes & Customs
For EU destinations served by WBU, applicable import taxes and customs charges are prepaid by Wools Boutique Uomo. Other international destinations may be subject to local duties or taxes.
Return Shipping
Free outbound shipping does not mean free return shipping. If an item is returned, the return shipment must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for the complete conditions.
Delivery Partner FedEx
FedEx Express is WBU's delivery partner. When an order is dispatched, a tracking number is generated and sent to the customer, allowing the shipment and delivery status to be monitored in real time.
