These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website woolsboutiqueuomo.com and to orders placed through the online store operated by Wools Boutique Uomo Sàrl, hereafter referred to as “WBU”.

The website provides information about WBU, its collections and the products offered for sale, and allows registered customers to place orders online. Use of the website and its services is intended for lawful personal purposes and is subject to these Terms.

Orders placed through woolsboutiqueuomo.com are intended for end customers and not for unauthorised resale, unless otherwise agreed in writing with WBU.

• use a valid payment method available at checkout.

WBU takes care to present products, colours, textures, materials and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour, brightness or texture may occur depending on the screen, device and display settings being used.

Products sold by WBU are presented under their respective brands and are offered as genuine merchandise sourced through WBU's commercial supply network.

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected item or items. The automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. WBU may subsequently verify product availability, payment validity, billing or delivery information and other elements reasonably required to process the transaction.

WBU may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including product unavailability, failed or unverifiable payment, suspected fraud, materially incorrect customer information or an evident pricing or product-information error. If payment has already been collected for an order that WBU cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Product prices are displayed according to the market and currency selected on the website. The price and any applicable shipping charge shown at checkout are the amounts presented to the customer before the order is submitted.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by market. Payment processing is handled through Shopify Payments and/or other payment providers made available by WBU. WBU may perform or request reasonable payment and anti-fraud checks before fulfilling an order.

WBU ships orders using FedEx Express. Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, destinations served and estimated delivery times vary according to destination and are described in the Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by payment verification, customs procedures, force majeure, destination accessibility or other circumstances outside WBU's reasonable control.

Taxes, duties and customs treatment may vary according to destination and the shipping service applied to the order. The applicable information presented at checkout and in the Shipping Policy should be reviewed before purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Where a shipment cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, recipient absence, refusal of delivery or another circumstance attributable to the customer, shipping and customs costs already incurred may be charged or deducted where legally permitted.

A return or size / colour exchange request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. The delivery date shown by the carrier tracking is considered Day 1.

Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer unless WBU expressly agrees otherwise. WBU does not provide prepaid return labels as a standard service.

Returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and returned in original condition: unused, unworn except for normal fitting, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Trying an item on to assess fit is different from wearing or using it.

Once the returned parcel has been delivered to WBU and inspected, an approved refund is processed within 14 working days, calculated from the carrier-recorded delivery date of the return to WBU.

Size or colour exchanges are subject to WBU authorisation and replacement availability. Full return instructions and conditions are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting WBU in writing at info@wools.it within 4 hours of the order confirmation.

WBU will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfilment where the request is received before dispatch. If the order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible and the applicable return procedure may need to be followed. Shipping, customs or other costs already incurred may remain chargeable where legally permitted.

This section does not limit any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights that may apply under applicable law.

The content of woolsboutiqueuomo.com, including text, photography, graphics, layout, customised code and other original materials created for WBU, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Brand names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Reproduction, modification, publication, commercial redistribution or other unauthorised use of WBU content is prohibited without prior written permission from WBU, except where such use is expressly permitted by law.

WBU takes reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. Nevertheless, typographical errors, temporary technical issues, incomplete information or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur. WBU may correct or update website content when necessary.

Where an evident pricing, product-description or technical error materially affects an order, WBU may contact the customer to clarify the matter or cancel the affected item or order and refund any amount already paid for it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBU is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from temporary website unavailability or technical malfunction. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to the customer and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. Where legally permissible, the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland shall have jurisdiction.

WBU may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the website, services, commercial procedures or applicable requirements. The version published on this page is the current version.
