From 1st of August 2025 we have updated the shipping policy
| We ship to 45 countries worldwide. |
| We have reduced the minimum spend for free shipping; for example from many countries you can now purchase just two ties and get free shipping. |
| We have eliminated the CHF currency surplus and configured fixed prices for all items in the three major international currencies EUR - USD - GBP, avoiding price surpluses compared to the main currency CHF; for example, now all customers in the European area countries will see prices in EUR without the CHF to EUR exchange rate markup. |
| All 45 countries display prices in their local currency and the corresponding language for checkout and pricing. |
| Average delivery time has been reduced for many regions in Europe and the US, from 3-4 business days to 2-3 business days. |
| Same day shipping, from Monday to Friday the orders received before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day, with the exception of national local holidays. |
| Taxes and customs fees are included for shipments outside Switzerland to EU countries that do not have customs. |

Agreement terms
User content terms
The following conditions apply for any Customer making a purchase through the website woolsboutiqueuomo.com owned by Wools Boutique Uomo Sàrl, Grand-Rue 13, 1204 Geneva Switzerland. The Company in this agreement document is referred as "WBU"
Conditions of the package
The conditions of the package must be verified before signing for and accepting delivery. If the package appears to have been tampered with or damaged, the customer is required to refuse delivery. In the event that confirmation of delivery has been signed by unauthorized persons, please contact WBU immediately or send an email to info@wools.it
Incorrect delivery information
If the shipment is not delivered for reasons pertaining to the customer (incorrect delivery information, absent recipient, rejected delivery), shipping costs and any customs clearance costs will be deducted from the final refund.
Order cancellation
1. Customers can request order cancellation at no cost within 4 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.
2. The request must be made in writing to the email address info@wools.it. No other method of communication will be considered valid.
3. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order after this period or otherwise refuses to accept the order once the package has reached its destination, WBU reserves the right to charge the customer for all possible expenses incurred (e.g. shipping in progress).
Different delivery partner
The Customer can send an email to info@wools.it requesting to use a preferred courier, the cost is charged to the customer regardless of the value of the order.
Delay in order
Any delay in order shipment may result from verification of payment. Delivery of articles may also be delayed by any necessary customs clearance, for reasons of force majeure, or because of destination reachability.
Shipment tracking
At time of shipment the tracking is sent to the customer with the reference link of our delivery partner with which it is possible to monitor the status of the order.
