Shipping destinations, rates and free-shipping thresholds vary according to the destination and are displayed in our complete Shipping Policy and, where applicable, at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times after dispatch are approximately:
- Switzerland: 1–2 working days
- Europe: 2–3 working days
- USA & Canada: 4–5 working days
- Other international destinations may require different transit times.

Order Dispatch
From Monday to Friday, orders received before 2:00 PM are normally dispatched the same day, excluding Swiss public holidays and circumstances that require additional payment, order or security verification.

For EU destinations served by WBU, applicable import taxes and customs charges are prepaid by WBU.

Different Delivery Partner
If a customer requests a delivery service or courier different from the standard service offered by WBU, please contact us before ordering. Any additional cost connected with an alternative delivery arrangement may be charged to the customer.
Return Shipping
Free shipping on the original order does not mean that return shipping is free.
Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. WBU does not provide prepaid return labels as a standard service. Please follow the applicable Return & Refund procedure before shipping any merchandise back to WBU.
